How to measure the reliability of an IGBT

 

Foreword

 

In the daily use of IGBT, we often need to detect the quality of IGBT in advance to ensure the normal operation of the equipment after the IGBT is installed. Or when the device is abnormal, how to preliminarily judge the reliability of the IGBT when the IGBT looks good.
